Rev. John Gerlach
Pastor John moved to Windsor with his wife Joan and two children July 1 2011 following the retirement of Roy Jacobsen. Prior to his position as Senior Pastor for Trinity UMC, Pastor John served for 13 years as the Pastor of the Branford United Methodist Church in Branford CT.
Pastor John received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University in 1980 with a Major in Sociology and a Minor in Business Management. He received a Masters of Divinity degree from the Yale Divinity School in 1996. He is an Ordained Elder in the New York Conference of the United Methodist Church and currently serves on the Conference Board of Ordained Ministry.
Prior to his call to full time ordained ministry, Pastor John had a successful career in the publishing industry working for Condé Nast Publications and CBS.
Pastor John loves the Lord and has a passion for proclaiming the Good News. His three top priorities are: God, His family and the Church.

Pastor Skip Eggimann
Skip Eggimann serves as the Pastor of Discipleship Ministries at Trinity. His primary responsibilities include oversight and development of our small group ministry, adult education, discipleship and pastoral care through out the congregation. A graduate of Columbia International University, Columbia, SC, he has a BS in Bible and Theology. Pastor Skip has many years of experience in youth and family ministry. He is married to Nancy, and enjoys spending time with their two grandchildren. 860-688-9245 x-104

Mr. Rodney Shively became Trinity Christian School's Headmaster in May 2011.
Mr. Shively is excited about being at Trinity. He is a product of Christian education as he is a graduate of Dayton Christian Schools in Dayton, OH, having attended there for twelve years. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Music from Central Bible College (Springfield, MO) and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Dayton (Dayton, OH). He has been involved in various levels of Christian education for most of his professional career, as well as serving as a Music Director at several churches in Ohio, his home state.
Mr. Shively has been married to his wife, Michelle, for over 20 years. They have two children who both attend TCS. Michelle grew up in Connecticut and they have always considered it their "home away from home." They enjoy spending time at the beach, pool, and engaging in outdoor activities such as tennis, and riding bikes.
Mr. Shively's vision for TCS is to challenge students to S.O.A.R. above the status quo - Spiritually, Organizationally, Academically and Relationally. Bob and Eileen Gilbert
Eileen and Bob Gilbert direct the music ministry of the church which includes multiple singing and handbell choirs as well as a Worship team Both Eileen and Bob are graduates of the Hartt School of Music, University of Hartford where they received their B.Mus. degrees. Eileen and Bob have served in various Hartford area churches as organists, choir directors, and worship leaders. Eileen and Bob see music as an integral part of worship as well as a way of connecting people to God and to one another. Bob and Eileen have 3 teen age daughters - Brianne, Faith, and Christi and 2 toy poodles - Betsy and Jacque. They reside in Windsor.

Sharon became Trinity's full-time secretary after seven years of part-time work. She resides in Windsor with Mike, her husband of over 30 years. They have two adult sons, Michael and Jeff. When Sharon is not at the Trinity office, she enjoys gardening, reading and serving as a volunteer group facilitator at Mary's Place in Windsor. In the past, she was a Sunday school teacher, served on many church boards and was a board member of First Town Downtown. She holds a Bachelor of Arts as well as an interior design certificate from Bay Path College and feels blessed to be part of the Trinity family.
Sonja Swedberg is the bookkeeper for Trinity United Methodist Church and Trinity Christian School. Her responsibilities are paying the bills, preparing the payroll, and preparing reports for the various ministries of the church and school. She has a BBA in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She lives in Windsor and has three daughters and seven grandchildren
Gil and Chris work hard, behind the scenes at both the Church and the school, to make sure our facility is in the best working condition and is clean and pleasant for; the staff, the children, the worshipers, and visitors.
