SANCTUARY ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION
Sunday, January 25, 2015
On January 24, 1964, the first worship service was held in our new sanctuary. We will celebrate the 50th anniversary at both worship services on Sunday January 25, 2015.
At the services we will recognize current members who witnessed the first use of the sanctuary. We will hear memories of that occasion from a few of them. There will be a birthday cake to enjoy during the coffee hour in Fellowship Hall.
In connection with the anniversary celebration, the written church history that covered 1790 to 1976 has been updated and the history from 1976 to 2014 has been added to it. Each family will be given the new written history on that Sunday.
Please plan to join in on this Trinity family celebration.
Book club gathering will be on Friday, December 5, 7:00 pm at the home of Claudette Johnson, 16 Hudson Lane, Windsor. We will discuss Pat Summitt's memoir, Sum It Up. Please RSVP to Claudette at 860-688-5590 or cjwindsor@ comcast.net
We will select our books and set dates for our 2015 gatherings that evening.
Please take a few minutes to review the 2015 reading program booklet on the UMW tables in the Fellowship Hall......if interested, please join us on December 5.
This is a wonderful evening of discussion and fellowship.
